With sustainable architecture and green buildings in focus, we commit to creating future-ready spaces. It helps us institutionalize, establish principles and best practices across the value chain and organization.
We have aligned our sustainability strategy to translate global needs and ambitions into business solutions across the value chain. We constantly seek to enhance our focus areas to further contribute to our society and environment.

RMZ is committed to being a leader in driving the shift to net-zero company. We've incorporated specific ESG requirements accordingly, across our value chain. We have signed a zero carbon pledge and became one of the first organizations to adopt green building principals. We are also the first real estate developer in India to receive LEED Arc certification. We also became world’s first to achieve (IWBI) WELL Health & Safety rating for facility operations and management in 2020. Scope3, the founding member/Signatory of FMC (First Movers Coalition) is ready to fight global climate change through decarbonization efforts by using 10% net zero concrete. Our sustainably framework covers renewable energy, green buildings, zero waste, water neutrality, Scope 3 Emission, digitization, happiness index, health and wellness, social design and social experiences and community programs operated through the RMZ Foundation.
Beyond our employees, we also acknowledge the positive contribution to the communities in which we operate. We invest in philanthropic and community building activities to support the development of our society and increase the engagement of our teams. Today 24% of our executive team members are women which will grow to about 35% in the coming years. Further, RMZ is grooming 6 women leaders for a board member position

Continuing to improve our cybersecurity program by implementing automation and leveraging an external party to assess our maturity against NIST Cybersecurity Framework.
We have implemented security measures that protect our infrastructure and data, including additional access controls and anti-malware protections. We share our expertise, learn from the best and help others in industry forums and organizations.
Our efforts are directed towards generating long-term sustainable value for us, our partners, and our community. We aim to create an ecosystem that is functional, inclusive, and sustainable, in its entirety.
