We all see ourselves and the world in our unique ways, so deciding what’s true and what to do about it takes constant work. Alignment is especially important in an idea meritocracy. So, at RMZ we try to attain alignment consciously, continually, and systematically. We call this process of finding alignment “getting in sync” and there are two primary ways it can go wrong: cases resulting from simple misunderstandings and those stemming from fundamental disagreements. Getting in sync is the process of open-mindedly and assertively rectifying both types.
While there’s no exact template for success at RMZ, our people share some qualities that help make us successful. Our people are our lifeblood. We are proud of our longstanding commitment to diversity and our workforce today reflects the communities and cultures in which we do business. We recruit exceptionally talented people who share our values and our way of thinking. We take each and every hiring decision seriously and ensure we are always hiring the best. We embrace our responsibilities to the communities in which we operate around the country, and strive to make each of them a better place to live and work in.
